XFM Commitment to
Indigenous Excellence

XFM is proudly a majority Indigenous owned and operated company and a Supply Nation registered business. We’re deeply committed to Indigenous excellence with a focus on fostering long-term, meaningful career pathways for Indigenous employees. We aim to make a positive impact on Indigenous communities by providing training, development, and career progression for Indigenous youth and workers.

Long term career opportunities for Indigenous youth

We're focused on creating meaningful, lasting roles — not box-ticking. From first job to long-term career, we invest in pathways that give Indigenous youth real opportunities to grow with us.

Training and growth from entry to leadership

Every role at XFM is a starting point, not a ceiling. We provide training, development and career progression so our people can move from the ground floor into leadership.

Promoting cultural awareness and respect

Our workplace is built on respect. We foster cultural awareness across every level of the business, with a goal to employ Indigenous personnel wherever possible — from operations to management.

Supporting Sister Kate’s Home Kids Aboriginal Corporation

We're proud to actively support Sister Kate's Home Kids Aboriginal Corporation — a commitment that goes beyond logistics and into the communities we're part of.

Partnering with clients to boost Indigenous engagement

We work alongside our clients to strengthen their own Indigenous engagement and employment initiatives — because broader change takes more than one company showing up.

Indigenous livery — culture on the road

Our fleet carries a livery designed by Noongar-Yamatji artist Kevin Bynder, inspired by the Yakaan (sea turtle). Every truck on the road is a moving tribute to First Nations culture, storytelling and Country.
