Transvirtual Outage

November 2025

Update 27th November

We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue between cloud servers that is impacting access to our Transport Management System (TMS). Our team is working closely with Transvirtual to restore services as quickly as possible. While this outage affects tracking visibility, deliveries are continuing as normal and are being processed using manually signed paperwork. Proof of Delivery (POD) will be uploaded once the system is back online.

If you use the software for despatch purposes, please download and complete the Manual Consignment Note and Freight Label linked below. Ensure the label is securely affixed to the freight and the consignment note is handed to the driver upon collection. For further assistance, please contact your XFM Account Manager or our Customer Service team. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
